The program will include works of Cascadia Composers: Adrienne Albert, William Ashworth, Daria Baiocchi, David S. Bernstein, John G. Bilotta, Antonio Celaya, Ted Clifford, Ken Davies, David Jones, Lisa Ann Marsh, Jan Mittelstaedt, Carolyn Quick, Christina Rusnak, Greg A Steinke, Tomas Svoboda, and Linda Woody.

Featured musicians include the Rose City Brass Quintet (Logan Thane Brown, Lars Campbell, JáTtik Clark, Joseph Klause, and Daniel Partridge), Justin Bulava (clarinet), Dunja Marcum (clarinet), Daniel Partridge (horn), and Brett EE Paschal, Wanyue Ye, and Davi Martinelli de Lira (percussion). The electronic sound installation is by Daniel Brugh, Mei-ling Lee, Timothy Arliss O'Brien, Jennifer Wright, and Nicholas Yandell.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and may pack in a picnic to enjoy on the garden grounds. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the garden, but beer and wine will be sold on-site.
