Breathe, move, and unwind in the serene beauty of Leach Botanical Garden. In partnership with Lighthouse Yoga PDX, this weekly outdoor yoga series invites you to explore a variety of styles—including the flowing movement of vinyasa, the breathwork and meditation of Kundalini, the steadiness of Hatha, and the deep relaxation of restorative yoga.
Each Tuesday evening, Lighthouse Yoga PDX’s friendly and compassionate instructors will guide you through a practice that blends gentle movement, mindful breath, meditation, and rest—all in harmony with nature’s rhythms. Rooted in community, these sessions offer a welcoming space to connect with yourself, others, and the world around you.
