August 2 - Gongstravaganza: Experience a deeply restorative experience that cuts through
mental chatter and stress. Through gentle guidance and intuitive playing you'll
enjoy an atmosphere of safety, comfort, and release, leaving you lighter,
brighter, and more connected to yourself.
Save the date for:
September 19 - Easy Equinox Soundbath: Step into a sacred space of healing with
Isa Falcon. Through sound instruments, medicine songs (Ikaros), and guided
breathwork, Isa weaves together sacred vibrations that harmonize body, mind,
and spirit. You are welcome to bring an item for the community altar to set an
intention or honor something meaningful to you.
What to Bring: While some mats, blankets, and props will be available, we
encourage you to bring your own for comfort. Dress in layers and bring water in
a closed container.
