No Ivy Day
Come spend a rewarding day with us in the Back 5 at Leach
Botanical Garden! We’ll be rolling up our sleeves to pull out the pesky
invasive English ivy to give native plants and local wildlife more room to
thrive. The Back 5 is a unique natural space, and with the help of our
community and project partners, we’re working together to restore it into a
healthy ecosystem.
After a short walk down the trail, we’ll reach our work
site. You bring the elbow grease, a sturdy pair of closed-toed shoes. Dress for
the weather, and don’t forget your water bottle! We'll provide all gloves,
tools, snacks, and Coava coffee.
